You have provided that “next level” of customer service that we all desire but rarely discover. Instead of responding to my emails with some generic, lack luster reply, you take the time to pick up the phone and provide me with more information than I knew I even wanted. You tell me a story and provide references instead of selling me as a warm body who covers a few topics that are somewhat relative to our theme and goal of the meeting. You, and your website, have saved me hours of research, and the pain of trying to get in touch with managers of all of these speakers.
My point is, I will remember you! Next time I need a speaker, you will be the first person I contact… Next time someone asks me for a reference on speakers, I will give them your name. I am not trying to give you a “big head” I just feel that not enough people are recognized for going the extra mile and creating a personal connection… Typically we walk away from these situations feeling like another number, having received mediocre service. People are often quick to complain about anything they can. But today, I want to say thank you for being one of the few individuals left in the world who actually give a damn! 🙂
